At FiveLeafs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
